Reviewer Agreement

1. The reviewer panel

This Reviewer Agreement ("Agreement") is between Evolve Mind Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 672 546 217) ("we", "us", "our"), operating the Advisory Stack platform, and the registered tax or BAS agent who joins the Advisory Stack Strategy Reviewer Panel ("you", "the Reviewer"). As a Reviewer you assess and endorse tax strategies and content templates published on the Platform. This Agreement operates together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Marketplace & Reviewer Terms.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant, on an ongoing basis, that you are a registered Australian tax agent or BAS agent in good standing with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), that you will maintain that registration, and that you will comply with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the TPB Code of Professional Conduct in performing reviews. If your registration lapses or is sanctioned, you must notify us promptly and your reviewer access will be suspended.

3. Independent verification of content

Strategies and templates on the Platform are produced by automated systems and artificial intelligence and may contain errors or outdated information. You agree to only endorse content whose accuracy and currency you have personally verified against the current ATO position and applicable law. Your endorsement is a statement of your independent professional judgement for the relevant financial year. You must not endorse content you have not reviewed, and you must record any limitations or assumptions where the workflow allows.

4. Attribution and per-financial-year endorsements

Endorsements are made per financial year. Where you endorse a strategy, your display name, credentials, and TPB registration number may be shown publicly on the strategy card and related pages to attribute the endorsement. You consent to this publication. If you withdraw an endorsement or it expires, we will update or remove the attribution accordingly.

5. Payment

You are paid per endorsement and per audit at the rates we notify to you, settled via Stripe Connect. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, and you are responsible for your own tax, GST, and invoicing obligations on amounts you receive. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

6. Independence and conflicts

You must perform reviews objectively and disclose any conflict of interest. You must not endorse content in exchange for any benefit other than the payment described above, and you must not allow any firm, advertiser, or third party to influence your professional assessment.

7. Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about the Platform, its content pipeline, and its reviewers. You must keep that information confidential and use it only to perform reviews. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

8. Liability

Nothing in this Agreement excludes any right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's liability to the other is limited to the amounts paid under this Agreement in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. You remain professionally responsible for the endorsements you give as a registered practitioner.

9. Termination

Either party may end this Agreement on reasonable notice. We may suspend or remove your reviewer access immediately if your TPB registration lapses or is sanctioned, or if you breach this Agreement. On termination, existing endorsements may be retained or removed at our discretion in line with their financial-year validity, and clauses 7 and 8 survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Agreement by publishing a revised version with a new version number on this page, and will notify active reviewers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
