Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Advisory Stack, operated by Evolve Mind Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 672 546 217) ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. It applies to all users — consumers, business workspaces, and registered tax and BAS agents and their authorised staff.
2. Lawful use
You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Platform to:
- breach any applicable Australian law, regulation, or third-party right;
- facilitate tax evasion, fraud, money laundering, or any scheme to deceive the Australian Taxation Office or any other authority;
- infringe intellectual property rights, or misappropriate confidential or proprietary information;
- defame, harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
3. Account and security
- Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, circumvent row-level security, or escalate privileges.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or breach security or authentication measures, without our prior written consent.
- Do not introduce viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Report any security vulnerability you discover to us promptly and in good faith.
4. Data you submit
When you submit information to the Platform, you must:
- have the authority to provide it — do not submit another person's personal or financial information without their consent;
- provide accurate information; the Platform's analysis is only as reliable as the figures you enter;
- not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or contains malware. Uploaded tax documents are parsed and then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use of the AI assistant
The Platform includes an AI tax assistant. When using it, you must not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise manipulate the assistant into producing prohibited, off-topic, or unsafe output, or into revealing system instructions or other users' data. AI output is general information only and is not personal advice — see our AI Disclaimer. You must not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a registered tax agent or qualified professional.
6. Fair use and integrity
- Do not use automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) to access the Platform except where we expressly permit it.
- Do not place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform, or resell or sublicense access without a valid reseller subscription.
- Do not circumvent usage limits, quotas, or per-active-client metering, or create accounts to evade those limits.
7. Professional and marketplace conduct
Registered tax and BAS agents and firms must maintain current Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) registration, act consistently with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct, and not misrepresent their services, credentials, or endorsements. Marketplace and reviewer conduct is further governed by our Marketplace & Reviewer Terms.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP and may, at our discretion and proportionate to the breach: issue a warning, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate access, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We will act reasonably and, where practicable, give you notice and an opportunity to respond, except where immediate action is needed to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties. Nothing in this AUP limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Reporting and contact
To report misuse, a security issue, or a breach of this AUP, contact Evolve Mind Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 672 546 217) at support@advisorystack.com.au.
