For tax agents

Advisory tools your clients actually use.

Advisory Stack is the engagement layer between you and your clients — branded tax health checks, advisory plans, and consultation reporting that sit alongside (not replace) your lodgement workflow.

Built around clients

Public Tax Health Check pulls clients to you — not the other way around.

TASA-compliant outputs

Every PDF carries your TPB number, PI insurance, and the right disclaimer variant.

Per-active-client billing

Pay for the clients you actively engage with. Idle clients auto-archive.

Apply for pilot access

We're in limited pilot. We're inviting a small group of TPB-registered tax agents, BAS agents and consultants to test the platform. It's pre-release and may contain errors — you must independently verify every output before relying on it, and you'll participate at your own risk under our Pilot Beta Terms.

We verify your TPB number manually before activating your account — there is no public TPB API. We'll come back to you within 1–2 business days. We don't show pricing publicly: once verified you'll see plans, then choose to subscribe.

As shown on your TPB My Profile / registration letter. We'll remind you before it expires.

Professional Indemnity insurance

TASA 2024 requires PI on every branded report. Optional here; you can add or update later from /settings/branding. Branded reports stay locked until current PI is on file.

YYYY-MM-DD. We'll remind you 30 days before expiry.

Australian Financial Services Licence

We review applications within 1–2 business days. We'll email you with next steps once your TPB and ABN have been verified.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join the pilot?

The pilot is invite-only for TPB-registered tax agents, BAS agents and consultants. Apply below and we verify your TPB registration manually before activating your account — usually within 1–2 business days.

Does the pilot cost anything?

There's no subscription and no card to access the pilot. You're only charged for AI use inside consultations: your first 25 AI consultations are free, after which we take 20% of the fee on AI consultations only — consultations you run without the AI features, or give for free, cost you nothing. You can also add up to 50 clients at no charge; beyond that it's $2 per client per month. Adding clients is never blocked, and there are no other platform fees during the pilot.

Why charge only for AI consultations, and what about pricing later?

We'd rather earn only when the AI is genuinely helping you than charge a fixed fee for beta software. The 25 free AI consultations and 50 included clients let you explore the platform properly before anything is billed. During the pilot we're studying how the platform is used so we can set fair, transparent pricing for wider launch — no surprises. Pilot participants will see the proposed pricing first and well before it takes effect, and these pilot rates are deliberately gentle as a thank-you for joining early.

Is there a fair-usage policy?

Yes. The pilot is offered for genuine evaluation in your practice under a fair-usage expectation — normal professional use, not automated bulk extraction, resale, or load that degrades the service for other participants. Your acceptance of the Pilot Beta Terms on first sign-in covers this; we'll reach out before applying any limit, never silently.

Is this a registered tax agent service?

No. This is a technology platform used by registered tax agents. You keep full control of the client relationship and all tax advice. The platform gives you tools, strategies and AI assistance — you provide the professional expertise, and you must independently verify every output before relying on it.

It's a beta — what does that mean for me?

The platform is pre-release and may contain errors or incomplete features. You use it at your own risk and must check every figure, strategy and document against authoritative sources before relying on it or advising a client. Full detail is in the Pilot Beta Terms, which you accept on first sign-in.

What can I do during the pilot?

Pilot firms get the core advisory tools — Tax Health Analysis, the strategy catalogue, consultations and the AI Assistant. We're rolling out other modules gradually as they're validated.

How do I give feedback?

We want it — especially anything that looks wrong. There's a feedback link in the app, or email us directly. Your input directly shapes what we fix and build next before wider launch.

Is my client data secure?

We don't collect Tax File Numbers, row-level security isolates every firm, and all data is hosted on Australian infrastructure (Sydney). See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
