Pilot Beta Terms

Advisory Stack is currently offered to a small, invited group of TPB-registered tax agents, BAS agents and consultants as a limited pilot (beta). By accessing the pilot you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Firm & Tax-Agent Agreement, Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer.

1. The pilot is provided “as is”

The platform is pre-release software made available for evaluation. It may contain defects, incomplete features, inaccurate calculations and content that has not been finalised. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in the pilot is a guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.

2. You must independently verify every output

Every figure, strategy, document and modelling output the platform produces is system-generated and must be independently verified by you as a registered practitioner before you rely on it or advise a client. You remain solely responsible for the advice you give. The platform does not replace your professional judgement, your obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the TPB Code of Professional Conduct, or your professional indemnity arrangements.

3. Use at your own risk

You use the pilot at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Mind Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 672 546 217) is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, the pilot — including any error in a generated calculation, strategy or document. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

4. Do not use it for live client lodgements without verification

You may use the pilot in the course of your practice, but you must not submit any platform output to the ATO or rely on it in client advice without first checking it against authoritative sources. The pilot is for evaluation and feedback, not as an unverified production system.

5. Fees during the pilot

Access to the pilot is free — there is no subscription and no card required. We are not charging per-use fees during the pilot. Instead, we ask that you use the platform reasonably (see Fair use below) while we study how it is used and what it costs to run.

We are deliberately not setting prices yet. The purpose of the pilot is to understand real usage — including AI usage and the cost behind it — so that we can set fair, transparent pricing for wider launch. Any pricing for the post-pilot period will be shown to you in full before it takes effect, and you will not be moved onto a paid plan without notice and the opportunity to decide.

6. Fair use

The pilot is provided for genuine evaluation within your practice. You agree to use it reasonably and not to: extract or scrape data in bulk by automated means, resell or sublicense access, share your login, or place load on the service that degrades it for other participants. We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect the service — we will contact you before doing so rather than restricting your account silently.

7. Feedback

We actively want your feedback — especially anything that looks wrong. By reporting issues, suggestions or ideas you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them to improve the platform, with no obligation. Report issues to support@advisorystack.com.au.

8. Confidentiality

The pilot, its features and any non-public information you see are confidential. Please do not publicly disclose, benchmark or share screenshots of unreleased functionality without our written consent.

9. Changes and withdrawal

We may change, suspend or withdraw the pilot, your access, or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; material changes will require you to accept the new version before continuing. The current version is shown above.

10. Your data

Pilot data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because this is a pre-release environment, please avoid entering more real client personal information than you need to evaluate the platform. The platform does not collect Tax File Numbers, so please do not enter one.
